Being a freelance violinist fulfils my great passion for music, but for many years I had a yearning to channel my creativity into something more culinary and tasty.
I had been dreaming of making chocolates for some time, and in 2008 I could contain myself no longer! I began making chocolates in a tiny corner of my kitchen in Kirtlington, Oxfordshire, and as things moved on and the business developed I moved into a specially converted space I now call the "Chocolate Room”. My luxury chocolates are handmade from start to finish, and I source the finest ingredients on the market. They are truly bespoke, and I pay great attention to the fine detail of every product.
Eventually the ideas for creating my own designs, recipes and flavours melted into "Shelley Chocolates", which now runs smoothly alongside my musical career as a violinist. To say I am having fun today just wouldn't crack it, I am absolutely loving it....and reaching for the stars!!!!
