Mendiants are discs of chocolate decorated with exotic nuts and dried fruit. I make a huge variety of different types including strawberry and sour cherry, pistachio raisins
and almond, cashew and cranberry, ginger and hazelnuts, and apricot and pecans.
Fun Bars are small 50g bars of milk, white and dark chocolate decorated with everything you can think of from roasted cashew nuts to juicy jelly beans.
Large Bars are minimum 100g in weight in milk white and dark chocolate. I have single origin Arriba milk chocolate 39% cocoa, Kumaba 80.1% dark chocolate, milk and dark fruit and
nut and dark chocolate ginger bars.
